Our roof coatings are designed for a wide range of substrates, including plywood, OSB, and cementitious boards, with optimal performance when used with British Board of Agrément (BBA) approved OSB roof boards. Factory-applied for consistency, the coatings consist of a black, water-resistant finish on the face and edges, along with a peel-off transparent film that provides additional weather protection before the external membrane is installed. This streamlined, single-operation solution ensures immediate water resistance, saving both time and costs compared to using uncoated boards with separate waterproofing layers.

Once installed, the roof coatings provide strong water resistance until the outer membrane is fully fixed. The protective film is easy to peel off or can be burnt off during torching, with the heat reactivating the adhesive properties of the coating to assist in applying traditional roof felt. Our roof coatings are also ideal for use with self-adhesive felt. To further enhance the system, we also offer a range of self-adhesive waterproof tapes to protect joints during the fit-out process.
