Bradley Bolduc, Chief Executive Officer & President
Bolduc joined Arclin in 2012. During his tenure, he has held leadership positions in virtually every aspect of the business, culminating with his ascension to CEO & President in early 2021. Bolduc began his career at Arclin as Business Director for Specialty Chemicals & New Markets, took over as Vice President of Decorative Surfaces, then served as Senior Vice President of Resins and, finally, of both Surfaces & Performance Products (Resins). He has also been an integral part of mergers and acquisitions efforts during his time with the company. Previously, Bolduc served as Business Development Director for AlzChem AG. He is a graduate of the University of Maine, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and Agri-Business and studied Natural Sciences and Plant Sciences/Chemistry.
Jeff Johnson, SVP & Chief Financial Officer
Johnson joined Arclin at the beginning of 2022, after serving as Chief Financial Officer for Sigura Water, a water chemicals company. Prior to Sigura Water, Johnson was CFO for Tensar Corporation and Royal Oak, and Chief Accounting Officer for Tempur-Pedic and Scientific Games. Johnson started his career with Arthurb Andersen. He has experience in organizational leadership, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and tax, and financial operations. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mark Glaspey, Executive Vice President, Operations
Glaspey's tenure at Arclin began in 2002 in technical sales and service. He soon took on product development responsibilities and, ultimately, leadership roles in manufacturing and operations. In early 2021, he was named Executive Vice President of Operations for Arclin. Glaspey holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees, both with a focus on Agricultural Sciences, from Penn State University.
Ralf D. Yobp, President, Performance Products
From a beginning in technical sales and service, to product and application development, to new business, procurement and operations, Yobp has risen through the ranks at Arclin with increasing focus on company leadership and growth. Yobp most recently served as Chief Operating Officer before being named President of the company's Performance Products division. He joined Arclin in 1994. Yobp holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Wood Engineering from Penn State University.
Matt Pogue, President, Engineered Building Solutions
Mr. Pogue came to Arclin in 2012 and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility that ultimate led to his 2021 appointment to President, Engineered Building Solutions (EBS). Pogue has managed efforts within Arclin in finance, supply chain, operations and systems integration. He oversaw operations integration of an acquired facility in 2019, and most recently, guided the EBS team through pandemic operations, focusing on cross-functional coordination that led the company to successful navigation and sales growth through the challenging year. Pogue previously held positions as plant controller and in financial analysis at Clearwater Paper Corporation and Cellu Tissue Holdings, respectively. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.
Teong Tan, Senior Vice President, Research & Technology
Teong Tan was named Senior Vice President of Research & Technology at Arclin in early 2021, assuming the company-wide leadership role after several years overseeing R&T for one of the company’s largest product divisions. In his new role, Tan will be responsible for creating and directing long-term technical strategies and solutions for Arclin’s Performance Products (resins) and Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) business lines, as well as for its Growth & Innovation team, with a focus on growth through product and application development and market expansion. He will also oversee product cost reduction initiatives and performance and quality alignment efforts, and will take a leadership role in managing and protecting the company’s intellectual properties. Tan has been with Arclin and its predecessor Dynea since 2001, where he began as a Research Chemist. Tan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and BSc and MSc degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Southern Oregon University and the University of Oregon.
Chris Adams, Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Chris formally joined Arclin in 2021 as Senior Vice President & General Counsel, having served as its legal counsel since 2012. Today, Adams provides day-to-day counsel for the business and to its management, and provides general commercial, litigation and antitrust legal advice and general contracts support to the company's global business operations. Adams will also team with Intellectual Property, Environmental, Regulatory, Human Resources, Litigation and Tax resources, and will be responsible for directing outside counsel and resources. Before joining Arclin, Adams worked for more than a decade in the high tech sector. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Colgate University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maine School of Law.
Greg McNulty, Vice President, Information Technology
Since joining Arclin as Vice President of Information Technology in 2012, McNulty has been integral in a number of transitional and integration efforts for the company, including consolidation of an array of enterprise application systems into a single Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and managing the moving and centralization of various IT, telecommunications and other systems and processes through the relocation of the company's headquarters and subsequent acquisitions. Prior to joining the Arclin team, McNulty held positions in information technology management at Clearwater Paper Corporate, Cellu Tissue Holdings and Schwan Food Company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a business emphasis from the University of Georgia.
Julie Couch, Vice President, Finance
After seven years as Corporate Controller at Arclin, Ms. Couch was named Vice President, Shared Services in 2020. Today, she has direct oversight of human resources, supply chain, logistics, facilities, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions at the company. As Controller, Couch was integrally involved in Arclin’s previous ownership change in 2017 and played key roles in moving finance functions from Ontario to Roswell during relocation of the company’s headquarters, and in the integration/implementation of Arclin’s JDE Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Ms. Couch previously worked at CelluTissue Holdings, Bluelinx Corporation, General Electric and Norrell Corporation, where she played a key role in two IPOs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
