Wood Composite Panels

E-Sorb® Zero-Emitting Resin Systems

E-Sorb® is a revolution in resin technology. This ULEF-capable system is zero-emitting and actually traps emissions that naturally occur in the wood. The perfect solution for particleboard or other substrates made from recycled or “urban” woods, a process that often reintroduces formaldehyde from original wood sources. E-Sorb® has been proven to reduce emissions in recycled woods to levels much lower than panels made with non-formaldehyde resins.

Arclin’s E-Gen®-designated resins are engineered to meet a variety of criteria: emissions comply with the most stringent air quality standards for their respective markets; we’re able to maintain high product performance standards even while altering the chemical balance of our adhesives; and the breadth of our expertise and resources enable us to customize resins to virtually any customer need and operating window.
